Off to ride some off-piste locals trails "Afan Masts" in South Wales this weekend followed by a quick blast round the well known and much loved Glyncorrwg Afan trail centre.
Pretty excited to ride somewhere new and gnarly with some good friends.

Well Afan Masts is beyond a doubt the most challenging U.K. Trail network I've ever ridden. Conditions weren't great with some standing water where it was flat enough to hold but mostly very very steep rooty and rocky, so much so that if you were unfortunate enough to have to stop or dab or get off they were absolutely unwalkable in many places! Took a couple of runs to get our eye in then it really became FUN. Beware lots of climbing involved.... nearly 5000ft over 17 miles.
